This
once-a-month class will begin with some very gentle guided movement flows and then will move to a reclining restorative (supported) position for a 30-45 min guided Yoga Nidra practice.
What you will need for this class:
- A Quiet Place to practice without interruption
- Floor space to (about the size of a yoga mat)
- A sturdy chair without wheels (kitchen/dining room chair) and a non-slip surface (carpeted area or yoga mat) for it to sit on
- Floor, couch, recliner, bed, for supported reclining posture
- Comfortable clothes
- Blankets for cushion/warmth
- Pillows for bolsters/support
