Wednesdays at 10:30-11:30am, starting June 9th
A three week class. Meditation is the process of establishing and maintaining enlightenment. When you meditate, you give your attention to one thing and do not think of anything else, usually as a way of calming or relaxing your mind.
*This class will be held in-person and outside. We will be following current social distancing rules.
