An eight week class. This class is for people who are in cancer treatment or just recently finished treatment, and for people managing chronic illness.
Learn practices to help you relax and manage stress, pain and fatigue. Practices help support immune function, digestion and sleep. Regular practice helps to set up conditions in the mind and body that are conducive to healing.
